The Major Soldier, is a heavyweight fighting caste. Like all soldier caste ants, its only purpose in life is to fight for the survival of its colony. Major soldiers are bred specifically for destruction! They come at a high cost, and take a long time to grow.. but will take on an entire squad of enemy ants before succumbing. These soldiers massive jaws can destroy nests in seconds, and murder enemy workers with a single bite. It even has a thorny exterior that causes damage to ants that bite it. The only weakness of the Major Soldier the slowness of its huge jaws(slow rate of fire), this makes it vulnerable if swarmed by many ants at once.
